A principles-driven, hands-on technical executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams at successful startups and household names like Meta, Microsoft & Amazon.

At present, I split my time between four roles. As an **Engineer**, I solve the most complex technical problems across the different product lines at Abris, often prototyping reference architecture for new products. As a **CTO**, I am responsible for the combined output of the six technical teams at Abris. I work with team leads and managers to help their teams grow and set up systems to maximize their output. As an **Advisor**, I help startup founders and executives in my network set clear goals and achieve them. Finally, as an **Investor**, I find and invest in principles-driven organizations and teams that can change the world for good.
